Write base-2 values to powers of 2 from right to left.
1011(right to left) 1 = 23; 0 = 22; 1 = 21; 1 = 20.
Multiply each binary value to its power of 2 and Add them.
1011 = (1x23)+(0x22)+(1x21)+(1x20)
1011 = (1x8)+(0x4)+(1x2)+(1x1)
1011 = 8+0+2+1

(1011)2 = (11)10.
